Beginners Class

Our Beginners Class is taught by Bill Gipson. The Fall 2008 class will start on September 9, 2008. The class has a 17 week format, with the Beginners portion 7:00 PM to 8:25 PM, and Plus Calls 8:35 PM to 10 PM. 

We welcome singles, couples, families and brush ups. There is a singles rotation. The singles rotation helps insure that people without partners get to dance.

Don't let the word Class scare you. While you do need to take classes to square dance, we have fun at the classes. The Beginners Class is important to the Boys'N'Berries, and every effort is made to help all the Beginners learn. 

You will meet great people, both fellow Beginners, and current dancers.

Children 8 and over can learn to dance with their parents. Younger children are welcome, but have difficulty maintaining their attention on square dancing for two and a half hours. The cost per night of lessons is $5.00.  

Square dancing is good exercise and lots of fun.

A1 Class

Bill Gipson is teaching a A1 class which started May 27. See the Summer workshop. The class will continue in the fall as a split session,. with the Beginners class in the first part of the evening, followed by the A1 class.
